How your input is used
When you choose to prepare an email, your name, contact details, service interests and message are composed into a draft in the current browser page. They are not sent automatically or written to persistent browser storage. Unsent drafts are not retained by this site after closing or refreshing the page.
When you choose online submission
If the enquiry page offers a Send enquiry button, checking the consent box and selecting that button sends the above details to Redbridge for this enquiry and service follow-up. The submission also includes language, the enquiry-page path, privacy-notice version and a submission reference. It does not authorise marketing subscriptions. A receipt is displayed only after the receiving system confirms acceptance.
Redbridge and its customer-management and website service providers process the information for this enquiry. The website gateway keeps submission-verification records without the enquiry text for seven days to manage retries. The receiving system retains customer records as needed for the service. You may request access, correction or deletion through the email below, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements.
If you send an email
The message is sent only when you send it from your own email service. It is then subject to your email provider and the recipient’s handling processes. Opening an email draft or copying its text does not mean Redbridge has received or accepted the enquiry.
Website access and external links
Hosting and access-control services may process technical data required for operation, security and access. External sites, email and phone services are run by their respective providers. This preview does not add advertising pixels or marketing subscription tools.
Sensitive information and further services
Do not include identity-document numbers, payment details, medical records or full legal case documents in an initial enquiry.
